  • Caring Hearts Support Group: meeting bi-monthly to support those living with HIV/AIDS. Light refreshments served.
     
  • Carolyn’s Circle of Mothers: support system for mothers who children are living with HIV/AIDS or who have died as a result of HIV/AIDS.
     
  • “Saving Our Sisters” Chronology
     
  • Dorcas Clothing: free clothing (new or slightly used) give-away for those living with HIV/AIDS.
     
  • Early Intervention: helping those with HIV/AIDS transition into medical care.
     
  • Faith Community Mentoring: for faith communities needing technical assistance in the establishment of HIV ministry.
     
  • Food Closet: Food distribution (every other Tuesday) from 10am- noon for those living with HIV. Referral preferred, but not necessary.
     
  • HIV Counseling & Testing: free rapid HIV testing and results (within one hour) Photo ID needed.
     
  • Massage Therapy: Licensed massage therapist available weekly (by appointment only) for free chair massage.
     
  • M.E.D.S (Maintaining Effective Drug Status) program: individualized medication education counseling by pharmacist (by appointment only)
     
  • Men Mentoring Men program: special peer male lead HIV education and prevention program.
     
  • One-on-One counseling: for those living with HIV/AIDS and their families by trained counselors.
     
  • Outreach: active street outreach to targeted areas (local communities, churches, etc.) within New Castle County providing literature, brochures distribution.
     
  • Resource Center: daily on-site information center with books, videos and literature available for check out.
     
  • Saving Our Seniors: specialized HIV educational and prevention program for senior citizens.
     
  • SISTA project: specialized empowerment and HIV education program for women.
     
  • Theatrical performances: using dramatization to educate all ages about HIV prevention.
     
  • Transportation Program: transportation assistance provided for persons with HIV to travel to medical related appointments.
     
  • Youth Prevention program: geared towards youth HIV/AIDS/STD awareness and prevention.
     
  • Wellness Program: onsite weekly medical care provided by Christiana Care Health Care System staff to those living with HIV/AIDS.
