Please know that the health and safety of the community has always and will continue to be a priority to us! We have put in place many new processes and procedures to ensure safety that is required by the Governor's State of Emergency directives (that apply to both individuals and industries) and guidance recommended by the Delaware Division of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Our staff has received training in the areas of concern and will continue to receive on-going training to keep you safe when you visit us!
As we partner with you during our “new normal” it is important to note that all services are now by appointment only. You may schedule your private appointment by clicking on the above link or you may simply call our office. We will be glad to assist you!
At the time of your appointment, you will see that all of our staff is required to wear face coverings (properly covering our nose and mouth) and we are asking all visitors to do the same. Physical distancing will also be adhered to by our team! We are taking all the steps to make you comfortable when you take the important step of getting your HIV test.

Tomlin, was moved to write, “THE BOOK”, from his Lifelong walk with Christianity and belief in the Proverbs’ innumerable Life lessons for righteous living, using the Biblical principles of wisdom, discernment, righteousness, and good judgement.
Bro. Tomlin has agreed that ALL NET PROCEEDS from “THE BOOK”, will be DONATED to three 501(c)(3) non-profit charities that support humanitarian causes close to Brother Tomlin’s heart, namely: (a) The Durham Rescue Mission (of Durham, North Carolina); (b) Mukhanyo Christian Academy (of Mpumalanga, South Africa; and (c) Beautiful Gate Outreach Center, the HIV/AIDS non-profit organization that is affiliated with the Bethel AME Church of Wilmington, Delaware!
